Please ensure you and your holiday companions are well before traveling.
If you develop symptoms during your holiday and can travel home safely - not relying on public transport- then it would be advisable to do so. However if symptoms and circumstances prevent you from returning home easily, it maybe that you would need to self isolate in your holiday accommodation. You will be responsible for the additional cost of staying. This re-enforces the importance of travel insurance that covers Covid related illness; Staysure is a provider that is now offering this cover.
Again once you have returned home if you develop Covid-19 symptoms Please inform the appropriate authorities and myself, as we may need to cancel further holidays in that property.

Holiday Letting Terms and Conditions
The holiday bungalow is let for the purposes of a holiday, and so the Clients accept that the letting is a holiday let to which a “tenancy the purpose of which is to confer on the tenant the right to occupy the bungalow for a holiday”.
The person making the booking is responsible for making all the payments due. A deposit of £100 with a completed booking form is required at time of booking. Balances are due 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date. Holidays booked within 8 weeks of holiday start date, the full holiday payment is required. Arrival instructions will be included on the final balance payment email.
Non-payment of holiday monies when they become due will constitute cancellation of the holiday and forfeiture of the confirmation deposit paid. Cancellation up to 8 weeks 80% refund. Cancellation within 8 weeks no refund. Cancellation of a booking must be notified by you, to us as soon as possible either by telephone or email.
By submitting the booking form you are completing an agreement with us that is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
You are advised to take our your own holiday cancellation insurance.
If we cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, bad weather, natural disasters, acts of government and technical problems, this will be non refundable but may be covered by your own insurance.
Payment is only accepted by sterling cheque, or by direct credit to our bank account (bank details will be supplied on request).
Persons occupying the holiday bungalow must be those stated on the booking form and not exceed the number of berths provided (baby in arms counts as one).
The holiday bungalow may be occupied after 4.00pm on day of arrival and vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. If you expect to arrive after 4.00pm please let us know so we can arrange key collection.
Freshly laundered bed linen and towels is provided to a maximum of one set per guest per stay. Additional linen and towel requirements will incur a charge.
All necessary equipment is provided. All loses, damages and breakages, including windows, must be made good. We may at our own discretion charge reasonable costs to take into account, for example, lost keys and extra cleaning. The holiday bungalow may be inspected with you at the end of your stay. In your own interests you are advised to check the inventory on taking over the accommodation. We are unable to accept responsibility for any defects not reported in the first 24 hours of arrival.
– we can provide a travel cot, bed guard, high chair potty and baby bath. Baby equipment can be reserved at the time of booking. Availability of such equipment is limited and cannot always be guaranteed (e.g. we may not be able to provide three travel cots if there are three babies in your party). You must bring your own cot linen. We will leave the equipment for arrival and will leave travel cots for you to erect (instructions will be provided). You should check all baby equipment before use and make sure you use it responsibly.
– guests must accept responsibility for their own and their children’s safety. Baby equipment, play equipment, any amenities or equipment provided must be used at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for personal injury to any guests or consequential loss or damage to their property.
Guests should make every endeavor to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11.00pm and 8.00am. Enjoy yourselves but not at the expense of the neighbours, anyone creating a disturbance or whose conduct could give offence to others will be required to leave the holiday bungalow immediately and NO REFUND GIVEN.
Smoking Policy. As a result of government legislation, the holiday bungalow operates a no smoking policy. Smoking is permitted outside. Please dispose of your cigarette responsibly.
Sorry no pets. Registered assistance dogs belonging to those with sight or hearing difficulties are allowed in all properties even if the property description says that pets are not allowed. If you or any member of the party has a pet allergy, we cannot guarantee that dogs have not stayed in the property, nor can we accept any responsibility for any subsequent health reaction.
The holiday bungalow enjoys parking space for 2 cars. Cars must not be used for sleeping purposes.
The management reserves the right to decline accommodation or to expel any visitor at their discretion
without entitlement to compensation and there upon, the management nor any company operating or managing the park shall have any liability to the occupants.
We reserve the right to enter the holiday bungalow under any special circumstance or emergencies.
Please leave the holiday bungalow in the same happy condition, as you would wish to find it.
To process your booking we will need to collect and process personal information. From time to time we would like to send you by email, some information about Ingoldmells-Holidays including special offers and things to do in the area and general information that we think will interest you. If you would rather that we did not do this, please tell us at the time of booking or you can email at anytime to unsubscribe from this list. We will not pass your details onto third parties. Unless it’s in circumstances where third parties would need to know your personal information e.g. a restaurant reservation, and only to the third party service provider concerned.
Errors: Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes and errors, we are only human. Please check/query the prices and details of your chosen holiday at the time of booking.
